Ages Past Builders and Interiors will be constructing "The Claxton" - a Richard Sharpe Smith inspired home by renowned designers Allison Ramsey Architects. Classic architecture meets NC Healthy Built Construction all on one of the most historically significant streets in the city.

APB&I presents "Olmstead Park," Montford's first Garden Cottage Encliave, a Fredrick Law Olmstead inspired community in the heart of Asheville's most historic neighborhood. Twelve new homes are planned with classic European architecture by famed architect Richard Sharpe Smith and incorporating LEED certified green building practices.

Ages Past will be working on The Cliffs at Walnut Cove Wellness Center- a 16,000 sq. ft. facility designed to promote wellness and health.

The Fitzgerald: Grove Park Inn's luxury condominium project combining the elegance of modern design with classic French architecture. Ages Past is crafting all phases of the interior finishes.

Thoms Estate: All interior finishes are being handled by APB&I for one of the first residences in Asheville's premier European influenced resort community.
